3. Eligibility

By using or website and/or app and placing an order through our platform - you confirm that you are able to satisfy the conditions of being aged 18 years or older and being legally capable to enter a binding contract.

4. Formation of Contracts

Upon placing an order with a successful payment, you will recieve an email from us confirming receipt of your order (This is not confirmation that your order has been accepted). All orders are subject to acceptance by us (SeatSurge) and by the respective third party promoter.

5. Contract Relations

We accept orders on behalf of third party promoters. The resulting contract is between you and the third party promoter and is subject to the terms and conditions of that third party promoter which they will advise you of directly. The terms as set out by the third party promoter are the terms used for cancellations, exchanges and refunds. We (SeatSurge LTD) give no guarantees or warranties and accept no liablity for any tickets bought through our website and platform from a third party promoter whom we act as a ticket selling agent on behalf of.

6. Your Responsiblities

It is your own personal responsability to check that you provide the correct ticket and billing information at the time of purchase. You are responsible for any loss, theft ot damage to your ticket(s) after it has been dispatched. It is also your responsibility to ensure that you ascertain if a given event has been cancelled or postponed and that you arrive at the event venue with sufficient time prior to any curfews or last admitance as scheduled by the promoter or venue.

7. Booking Fee

All Tickets purchased on the platform are subject to the quoted booking fee.

8. Events outside our control

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure or delay in perfoming our obligations if the obstruction is caused by an event outside our reasonable control (Force Majuere) such as Strikes, Riot, Fire, Explosion, Flood, Natural Disaster etc

9. Liabilities

Events may be cancelled or postponed by the third party promoter as the ticketing agent we are not responsible for any loss of damages incurred on you by the third party event promoter.
